Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026 · Last updated: November 1, 2026

Sinergy Solutions, LLC (“Sinergy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit sinergysolutions.ai or catalyst.sinergysolutions.ai, contact us, or communicate with us about our business, products and services. Personal information is information that identifies you, relates to you or can reasonably be linked to you.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers our public websites, website guide, demonstrations and related business inquiries. It does not describe processing within a customer’s deployment of Catalyst or another Sinergy product. Those activities are governed by the applicable product notices and customer agreements. If an organization processes your information using our services, contact that organization about its privacy practices.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, organization, interest, topic and message. We also receive the content of correspondence you send directly to us, including attachments you choose to email. The website form does not accept attachments.

Website request information

Hosting and content-delivery providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, requested resource, browser information and request time. External font requests also disclose connection information to the font provider. Security verification, when enabled on the contact form, processes technical and interaction information to distinguish people from automated submissions.

3. How we use personal information

We use inquiry and correspondence information to respond, arrange requested demonstrations or meetings, discuss business needs, and manage prospective or existing business relationships. Technical information supports content delivery, security and troubleshooting. We may retain relevant business records to meet legal obligations or address disputes and security incidents. Where consent is required for a particular use, that use requires the applicable consent.

4. How we disclose personal information

Website hosting and delivery use Cloudflare. The configured contact service passes inquiry fields to an email-delivery provider for delivery to our business mailbox. Microsoft 365 supports our business email and receives messages and correspondence metadata. Google Fonts receives requests for the fonts displayed on the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may process verification information when enabled.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, in response to legal requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or at your direction, as applicable and legally permitted. A proposed business transfer may require disclosure subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.

The website does not include advertising pixels or a targeted-advertising interface. We do not add inquiry senders to a marketing list merely because they submit a form.

5. Cookies, analytics and browser choices

The website guide stores its conversation in the current page’s memory, not in a browser cookie or persistent chat history. The public page code does not include a separate visitor-analytics tracker. Embedded product walkthroughs and hosted videos use local website resources; following external links sends you to the linked service.

Current external services include Cloudflare hosting and delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled, Google Fonts, and Microsoft 365 business email. Their notices describe their processing. We do not control their practices on other websites or services.

You can manage cookies and related technologies through browser settings. Blocking resources may affect fonts, video playback or form verification. This website does not currently implement a separate response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You may contact us about an applicable opt-out right using the method below.

6. Artificial intelligence and automated processing

The CORTX website guide selects prepared answers locally in your browser. It does not call a language-model service, send chat entries to an AI provider, access your systems or evaluate your records. Reloading the page clears that conversation. The website inquiry handler delivers submitted fields as an email; it does not invoke an AI model.

The public demonstrations use fictional records. They do not connect to your organization’s systems or make decisions about you. Processing within an actual product deployment is addressed by its applicable notices and agreements.

7. Sensitive information

Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, classified information, controlled unclassified information or other sensitive or restricted information through the guide, general website forms or routine inquiries. If an engagement requires sensitive information, contact us first to establish an appropriate transfer method and handling arrangements.

If you believe you submitted sensitive information unintentionally, email Michael@sinergysolutions.ai.

8. How long we retain information

Retention depends on the information and purpose. Business inquiries and correspondence may remain relevant while we respond to a request, manage the resulting relationship or retain records needed for legal obligations or disputes. Technical logs are subject to the applicable hosting and security provider arrangements. Privacy-request records support handling the request and documenting the response.

The website guide does not retain a conversation after the page is reloaded. Email and provider records have separate retention arrangements; closing your browser does not delete a submitted inquiry. Contact us to request deletion or information about records associated with your inquiry.

9. How we protect information

The inquiry handler validates form fields and limits message size. Its application logging uses error codes rather than inquiry contents. Email-delivery credentials are handled on the server and are not included in the public form. These measures do not make transmission or storage completely secure. Report a suspected privacy or security issue to Michael@sinergysolutions.ai.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You can ask us to stop optional marketing communications by contacting us or following unsubscribe instructions where provided. This does not prevent replies to a new inquiry, communications needed for an existing relationship or legally required notices.

Depending on your location and the law applicable to our processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of certain sales, advertising or profiling; withdraw applicable consent; or appeal a request decision.

Send requests to Michael@sinergysolutions.ai. We may need limited information to verify identity or authority where required, but do not require a new account. Opt-out requests follow the applicable rules. We respond within the time required by applicable law. Where an appeal right applies, use the subject “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will explain the outcome and any required further complaint options. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

11. Children’s privacy

These websites are intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action under applicable law.

12. Where information is processed

Sinergy is based in the United States. Our website and communications providers operate internationally; their processing and storage locations depend on the service and applicable arrangements. Their notices linked above provide further information. This policy does not represent that all information remains exclusively in the United States.

13. External websites and services

External links lead to services with their own privacy notices. Review those notices when you visit them. Embedded services and providers used by our websites are described above.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The published page will display the updated date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires it.
